, where we provide compassionate inpatient and outpatient care for individuals who struggle with a behavioral health disorder or co-occurring disorders. Our care providers work closely with patients and their loved ones to help achieve their personal treatment goals. We provide a secure, healing environment for all our patients, staff and visitors. Clive Behavioral Health is a 100-inpatient bed stand-alone mental health hospital. We also offer intensive outpatient programming (IOP) for adolescents aged 13 to 17 and a substance use disorder intensive outpatient program for adults called First Step Recovery. Qualifications:
Admissions Receptionist (PRN)
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting employees and visitors both in person and over the phone and providing admission process information and routine hospital information. Informs Walk-In's of CBH's services, evaluations, and admissions processes, as well as routine hospital information, they will also assist in entering individuals seeking care on the EMTALA log. They will initiate and maintain 15 minute checks for individuals awaiting assessments/admission per the observation policy and procedures, and communicate changes in monitored individuals conditions to the Admissions Department.
Lastly, They will sign for, recieve, and route incoming mail, including courier deliveries and provide back-up clerical support to other departments.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: Prefer one (1) year experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting.
License/Certification: Need CPR, and current Mandatory Reporter for adult/child (Can be obtained during orientation)
